A small town country boy from Rockingham, N.C.  I come from a family of 5 other siblings.  I have 3 older brothers and 2 younger sisters.  I've been teaching Physical Education and coaching football for 11 years.  Graduated from UNC Wilmington with a Bachelors in Community Health Education and a MBA in Sports Management from Columbia Southern University.  In my spare time I enjoy watching and playing sports, traveling, video games, and spending time with my friends and family.   Favorite sports teams are the Dallas Cowboys, Ohio State Buckeyes, North Carolina Tar Heels, Atlanta Braves and Sacramento Kings.  The reason for me being in the education field is to be able to inspire our youth, build personal relationships, and watch them excel in life.   I enjoy seeing our scholars create unforgettable memories because it is something that just brings a smile to my face.  By the way, if you see me around, I'm always laughing or smiling about something.  I try to keep a positive mindset about everything no matter what space I'm in.  Also, you will definitely see me wear a good amount of pink from time to time.  It is just a way for me to represent my mother.  I enjoy this line of work that I do and I plan on continuing to do this for many more years to come.  Favorite quote of mine I live by each and everyday "Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose"
